All 17 will be dependents. If you earn ,then are you able to TAX file , I want to say no ,you should not Tax file because you are not a voter yet. You should  give your earning to your parents that sound good to me .

 Who have dependents 17 to 21 you paying the health insurense utill 26 that was the LAW but you can get dependnts benifit 2000 untill 17 to 21 and that look good to me who is President not matter pass the LAW . We will work on it in future ......

17 age group should have Bank account , I had my first Bank account when I was 17 year old and I contribute world bank innovation . I suport small business.

17 age group  getting child credit but not sure about 18 , 19 , 20 ,21 next years we will find out .

17 yeres doing job but will not able to Tax file but they can tax file with the earing of 17 years yes and people at USA or all over the world going to do the child labor from day one becuse you going through lot of milestone .

All over the world when kids going to do job it is 14 years old official or 13 years old are they quitting school 13 or 14 or all people need to at school until 18 .
